At Lift Land Fitness, we believe getting started with fitness should feel simple, welcoming, and even a little fun. Our studio was built around community, encouragement, and creating a place where everyone can grow stronger together. Here are answers to some of the most common questions about our classes, memberships, and what to expect when you visit. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or jumping back into a routine, our goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and excited to be part of the Lift Land community. What types of classes does lift land fitness offer?
Lift Land Fitness offers a variety of group fitness classes designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support overall health. Our classes are welcoming to all fitness levels and focus on helping members move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.
Do I need to be in shape before starting classes?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or have been training for years, moves can be modified so everyone can participate comfortably.

What do i need to bring?

You should wear comfortable workout clothes, and bring clean indoor shoes, and a water bottle. We provide all of the equipment you’ll need for the workout.

do you have lockers?

We do not have lockers. We do have open cubbies by the door that you can keep a pair of shoes in, if you’d like. 

How long are the classes?

Classes at 5:30 am are usually 30 minutes long. 9:00 am and 6:15 pm are 30-45 minutes and yoga is 1 hour. 

Do I need to sign up ahead of time?

Yes, we recommend signing up in advance to reserve your spot in class. This helps us keep classes organized and ensures everyone has the space and equipment they need. If you’re feeling spontaneous and want to pop in to class, that’s ok too! 

How much do classes cost?

To drop-in to a class in-person or online, it’s $7 per class. Unlimited classes in-person are $50 per month, $40 for senior citizens and first responders. $20 for unlimited replays of recorded classes online.

Can beginners keep up with the workouts?

Absolutely. Our Lift Leaders, aka Instructors, provide guidance and modifications so you can work at a pace that’s right for you while still getting a great workout.

What makes Lift Land Fitness different from other gyms?

Lift Land Fitness focuses on community, encouragement, and making fitness fun. Our classes are supportive, welcoming, and designed to help members lift each other up to the next level.

Is there a membership required?

Zero sign up fees, annual fees and cancellation fees. No long-term membership is required. Many people choose our online or drop-in options so they can attend when it works best for them.

What if I’ve never taken a group fitness class before?

That’s completely okay. Many of our members started the same way. Our instructors will guide you through the workout and help you feel comfortable from day one.

Do you offer classes for mobility or recovery?

Yes! Some of our classes focus on mobility, stretching, and mindful movement to help improve flexibility and reduce stiffness. Yoga and Move & Groove are just a couple options.

Do you offer personal training?

Coming soon! Personal training will be available for members who want individualized guidance, goal setting, and customized workouts.

How do I get started?

Getting started only takes one step –  walking through our door into the studio or going to our website to sign up. We will help guide you through the rest. Remember, every one, every level and every body is welcome.

Do you host community events?

Yes! Lift Land Fitness regularly supports and hosts community events such as fundraisers, special classes, and local partnerships. Giving back to the community is an important part of who we are.

Do you have showers?

We do not. You are welcome to bring extra clothes, we have a large bathroom you can change in.
